Job Description
As Operations Executive, personnel will be responsible for below roles and responsibilities:
• Broking-related activities such as Demate A/C opening, Trading coordination, and Query solving
• Life Insurance: Quotation generation and data entry, Premium renewal management, Business sheet management, and Query solving
• IC Management: Onboarding, Service Support, and Business sheet management
• Bill Generation
• Perform Outbound Calls and Messages
• Email management and drafting
• Labeling activities
• Ensure the highest level of services to clients
