Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable operations associate to assist with Capabl’s vision with the management of day-to-day operations. A successful operations candidate should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks.

Responsibilities
• Maintaining contact with registered candidates regarding the internship and other courses.
• Managing business operations tasks such as the student portal, document sharing with the team, course-related updates, and assisting other departments as required.
• Connecting with students daily to improve learning outcomes.
• Make sure student escalations are handled in a timely manner.
• Every week, review student scorecards and provide feedback in 1:1 sessions (over the phone/Google meet).
• Ensure that students are meeting their objectives, such as attending lectures, completing assignments, and assessments, and participating in contests.

Qualifications
• Minimum a bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Good listener and proficient communication skills.
• Patient and friendly personality.
• The ability to wear multiple hats.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, output-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Willing to make phone calls and be responsible for communication as needed.
• capable of handling multiple tasks
