Communicating with the upper management to develop strategic operational goals
• Develop strategic long-range plans to achieve objectives
• Create and manage organizations fiscal operating and capital budget and expense
• Monitor operational performance of both internal and external service providers
• Monitor facility condition and environmental performance and recommend funding level and spending plans
• Provide workplace settings that are conducive to productive work
• Monitor occupant satisfaction
• Monitor performance metrics, construction and renovation projects
• Receive and respond to approvals and notifications
