Job Description
YouGotaGift is looking for an experienced and organized ‘Operations Executive - Partnerships' to support the operations of the business. With keen attention to detail, the Executive will be able to assist in the activities of the Partnership Team, including but not limited to creating brand offers, setting up campaigns on the Budget and Offers Platform, managing stocks and budgets for Offers and Deals, Data analysis to calculate ROI for campaigns, projections waterfalls and post-campaign result analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
Support in managing relationships with existing merchantsCreating Brand offer set upManaging Alerts for Stock and Budget pertaining to Offers and DealsManaging alert and liaising with the required StakeholdersTroubleshooting and coordination with the Tech team on tech-related issuesData analysis to calculate ROI, projections, and waterfalls for campaignsPost-campaign analysis to determine the campaign resultsMonitor growth sustenance post-campaignPreparing reports and presentations for campaign results
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role.Excellent communication and English language skills, both verbally and in writing.Expert in MS Excel and PowerPoint.High level of attention to detail and time management.
