Job Description
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading our regional team and driving business growth in the ACT Region. This is a great opportunity to utilize your existing client base and connections to contribute to expanding our existing client base, strengthening current relationships, and exploring new strategic project pursuits.
You will work closely with the Business Centre Operating Leader (BCOL) to prepare annual business plans and budgets, and be responsible for continuous improvement and effective management of operational areas within your region. You will also be responsible for achieving net revenue, gross margin, G&A, operating income, and backlog targets from within your region and as a collective across the BC.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, financial management, and consulting experience. They will be able to provide leadership and direction to all staff and ensure the objectives, actions, and focus of the business unit are clearly communicated.
