We are looking for a Operations Executive cum Floor Coordinator at Apollo Clinic, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Experience: 3 to 4 years (Healthcare Experience)
Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Schedule: Day Shift
Salary: between Rs.18 k to Rs.21 (Gross Salary)
Requirements
Smart with communication skills
Managed or handled people
Can perform under high pressure
Self motivated, capable of managing prioritizing the work and time
Good computer knowledge
Good typing speed
Flexible working hours
Job Description
Ensure a smooth flow of client lifecycle in the clinic
Ensure proper flow of file movement from reception to the concern department and escorts the clients for their Health Check Up to the concern department
Maintaining the medical files - review data, filling the data, notify missing reports, etc
Respond positively, politely and promptly to all clients requirements
Handle all Clients Enquiry
Sending reports by Email on timely basis
Dispatching the reports
Scanning the reports
Maintaining MIS and providing monthly data to management as an when required
Any other work assigned by the management from time to time
