We are a rapidly growing Ecommerce company seeking a talented and driven Operations Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The Operations Executive will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all aspects of our business.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and productivity
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in an Ecommerce or retail environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Experience with inventory management systems and order management platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
