Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Operations Executive for Field roles to join our team. As a fresher position, this full-time role is ideal for individuals with up to one year of work experience and is available in multiple locations, including Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Lucknow, Varanasi, and Nagpur. The role is pivotal in overseeing and coordinating field operations to ensure the successful implementation of our solar projects.
Qualifications and Skills
• Possess a fundamental understanding of project management principles to effectively support solar projects from concept to completion.
• Ability to manage supply chain processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials and services necessary for project execution.
• Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and apply field data for enhanced decision-making and project optimization.
• Experience in implementing quality control measures to maintain the standards and efficiency of solar installation projects.
• Competence in planning logistics to facilitate smooth transportation and allocation of resources for field operations.
• Knowledge of vendor management processes to establish and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Capability to provide effective team leadership to drive productivity and ensure the achievement of field operational targets.
• Awareness of health and safety protocols to ensure the wellbeing of all team members and compliance with industry regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee field operations to ensure successful and timely project execution within allocated budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers to align field operations with overall project timelines and objectives.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits during installation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage inventory and logistics to support efficient allocation and transportation of materials and equipment to project sites.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with vendors and subcontractors for seamless project integration.
• Prepare and present reports on project progress, field data analysis, and operational challenges for managerial review.
• Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the field operations.
• Provide leadership and training to field teams to enhance skills and ensure consistent achievement of project goals.
