Role Summary
Bhionix Group is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive enterprise-level sales, strategic partnerships, and high-value client acquisition. This role demands ownership of the complete sales lifecycle, mentoring junior sales members, and contributing directly to revenue strategy.
You will work closely with leadership, presales, and delivery teams to close complex deals across India and international markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Sales & Strategy
• Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles for mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Identify, qualify, and close high-ticket IT, SaaS, and AI transformation deals
• Build long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, and decision-makers
Pipeline Ownership & Revenue
• Maintain a robust pipeline with predictable revenue flow
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Drive 5–10 new customer acquisitions per quarter
Client Engagement & Negotiation
• Lead discovery sessions, solution presentations, and pricing negotiations
• Customize proposals, commercials, and contracts in collaboration with presales
Team Enablement
• Mentor and guide Business Development Executives & Interns
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews of junior team members
CRM & Reporting
• Ensure CRM accuracy, forecasting, and sales analytics
• Provide weekly pipeline and revenue reports to leadership
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Revenue Contribution: As per assigned quota
• Deal Closure Rate: Target-driven
• Pipeline Coverage: 3× of quarterly target
• Enterprise Accounts Closed: 2–4 per quarter
• Team Performance Enablement: Measurable improvement
Eligibility & Requirements
• Experience: 4–8 years in Business Development / Enterprise Sales
• Education: MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business preferred)
• Proven track record in selling IT services, SaaS, AI, Cloud, or Digital platforms
• Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience engaging CXO-level clients
• Familiarity with CRM, proposal tools, and sales analytics
