Job Description
Fastrental India( Self Drive Rental Company) is looking for an Operation Executive to take bookings and manage customers for our self drive rental business in Goa & Jaipur. You will be responsible for lead generation, effective communication, customer service, and sales activities. Your day-to-day tasks will involve communicating with potential customers, nurturing leads, providing quotes/information and closing car rental deals.
This is a full-time job and we are looking for someone to work from our Jaipur located office. There will be no WFH. A good command of English & Hindi is a must.
Qualifications
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Excellent interpersonal. and negotiation skills
-Ability to work well in a team and independently
-Good command in Hindi & English language
-Experience in the travel or self-drive car rental industry is a plus
-Regularly follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
-Bachellor Degree Must (Any)
