Job Description
Role:
§ Handle all transport vendor related activities like lane addition, vehicle indents, placement confirmation, billing related issues, any change in plan, forecasting, detention, damages and tracking of vehicles.
§ Manage Operation Team & Field operations to fulfill clients’ vehicles operational related work.
§ In charge of the day to day operations of the transport operation in coordination with sales. To help business development team with the quotation.
§ New vendor identification and onboarding with contractual agreements.
§ Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities.
Experience:
§ Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in procurement of container trailer transport.
§ Experience of handling and managing clients and effectively running a successful operations in transport and Logistics with volumes of 100+ trailers per month.
§ Experienced in managing vehicle lease, registration, GPS tracking, invoicing & operational cost.
§ Fluent in conversation – languages preferred, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil
