Due to remarkable growth, they are now seeking experienced Italian or Spanish Speaking Group Operations Executives to join its friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity is ideal for a travel professional from wholesale/inbound travel company seeking career progression and something a little different.
Italian or Spanish Speaking Group Operations Executive duties:
Prepare rooming lists, itineraries, vouchers and travel documents along with keeping suppliers and clients up to date.
Responsibility for confirmed groups and to book all travel services required in good time, making sure all details are correct prior to the event.
Italian or Spanish Speaking Group Operations Executive – Essential requirements:
Fluency in English and Italian or Spanish is essential.
The ability to be able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Happy to work full time in the London office – hybrid after probation.
