About the Internship:
Seeking a hardworking and experienced operations executive to join the Corizo Edu-Tech's team. We are looking for an individual with excellent MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint skills. The individual must have strong English proficiency (spoken and written) and an understanding of operational techniques.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage data processing and maintenance of organizational information
2. Streamline existing operations processes and suggest improvements
3. Manage customer service-related issues and ensure timely resolution
4. Draft documents, reports, and presentations as needed
5. Coordinate with different teams to ensure efficient workflow
6. Obtain data from internal and external sources
7. Monitor operational performance and suggest improvements
8. Ensure operational compliance with all relevant regulations
