About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate with existing clients and expand business through constant interactions
2. Work to update data base of customer list for scouting new customers for materials
3. Make quotation, performa invoices, sample letters, etc.
4. Manage payment follow ups
5. Help book orders in the system for timely dispatch
6. Work to timely and accurately update and share MIS sales report and collection file
7. Help update sales report files on daily basis
8. Handle incoming sales enquiries by telephone or via mails
+. Coordinate all the details for the client and orders
10. Help respond and coordinate all internal meeting request
11. Work to be aware of the customer about all the queries & information entire product
12. Keep all senior staff informed of any issues with delivery
13. Help ensure the sales team is on track to meet month-end goals and share innovative lead generating ideas
14. Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings between departments
15. Work to establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary
16. Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request
17. Provide customer support
18. Prepare data on a daily basis

2. Job timings: monday to saturday (10:00 am to 07:00 pm)

3. Experience: 2+years
