Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise daily stock audit operations at client locations.
• Ensure efficient stocktaking procedures and accurate reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of stock auditors, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
• Maintain Excel-based reports and operational dashboards to monitor progress.
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline stock verification processes.
• Travel to multiple locations based on business needs.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure effective communication in both English and the local language.
Key Qualifications & Skills
• Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in field operations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively.
