Job Description:-
Experience in Retail Housing Finance Business Operations,
Problem solving and strong analytical skills,
Ability to handle large teams and collaborate within internal Units and with other stakeholders
Ability to work under tight deadlines,
Ability to build, coach, and work independently with senior leadership and management teams across Business Units,
Understanding and focus on risk, controls and regulatory framework
Should have worked in Hub / Branch operations model and exposure in handling / working on LMS/LOS
Loan management and tracking which includes Loan Disbursals, Cheque Printing, RTGS/NEFT process, Centralized repayment handling presentation & Document flow.
Ensuring desired TAT for processing of loan files and escalation management.
