Role: Operations Intern
About Wizklub: Our mission is to create a million problem solvers by developing their Higher Order Thinking Skills by going beyond the school curriculum. Wizklub programs are designed for children in the age group of 6 to 14 years. The programs are offered online by our trained and certified instructors. We have trained over 30,000 students across the world in the last 4 years. The company is backed Infinity Learning.
Location: Bangalore (Koramangala)
Duration of Internship - 6 months (Conversion of internship into full time purely based upon performance)
Work Timings: +:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Tuesday to Sunday)
Salary: Best in the industry along with incentives
Experience: 0- 6monts
WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING:
• Ensure students who have registered for different courses are aligned with their batches
• Drive the process of new batches
• Ensure all day to day sheets are up to mark
• Ensure no students are pending to map
• Maintain Data flow across different operational Sheets
• Coordinate with different departments for operations alignment
• Rescheduling of the students (Unmapped)
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and patience
• Advanced organizational skills
• Strong with Data management and Google Spreadsheets
