Responsibilities:
Reviewing loan requests. • Assessing customers' financial status.• Evaluating creditworthiness and risks. • Analysing and approve/reject loan requests. • Maintaining TAT for processing cases. • Checking KYC documents and ensuring compliance. • Handling customers on call regarding discussions on Loans, EMI, etc. • Following up with customers for Completing Application process. • Guiding customers for Completing E-Nach & Banking process. • Convincing customers for taking loans as per approved ROI & Loan amount. • Doing Video KYC of customers before disbursal of Loan. • Experience in handling KYC document of Customers. • Review financial position & all other documents attached which includes Salary slip, Bank Statement. • End to end verification for disbursal. Experience & Skills Required: • 2+ years of work experience in Credit Operations Profile with handling Personal Loan/Credit Card/Mortgage/Home Loans in Banking & NBFC’s. • Should be comfortable with customer interaction. • Team player should be able to work under pressure. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word is compulsory. • Good communication & networking skills. Office Timing & Working Days: +:30 AM to 6:30 PM (can be stretched depending upon work load)- Monday to Saturday. IMPORTANT NOTE: We prefer BYOD, please apply only if you have your own Laptop/Mobile/ Internet for work.
