This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Executive at Snow Way Logistics Private Limited in Navi Mumbai. The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including scheduling shipments, tracking deliveries, dispatching drivers, and ensuring timely and accurate billing. The Operation Executive will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Knowledge of transportation laws, regulations, and compliance
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
