Job Title: Operations Executive - (Mutual Funds/Investments)
Location: Delhi
Experience:2-5 years of relevant experience in financial operations (preferably in PMS, AMC, custodians, banks, brokers, etc.).
Education: M.com or CA/CA Drop-out/CFA Intermediate. (MUST)
Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Executive to support our Manager - Operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth back-office operations, trade execution, reconciliation, and client reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance operations and be detail-oriented with excellent technical and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and monitor daily trades, manage liquidity bifurcations, and end-of-day (EOD) trade reconciliations.
• Maintain third-party portfolio management software and associated Excel models.
• Liaise with brokers and custodians to resolve trade-related discrepancies.
• Coordinate and track client fund flows into external investments (MFs, PMSs, AIFs, PE/VC funds, etc.).
• Prepare and submit SEBI monthly regulatory reports.
• Reconcile management fees, custodial charges, and other expenses monthly.
• Perform regular reconciliation of client accounts (daily, monthly, quarterly).
• Generate quarterly performance and attribution analysis reports.
• Assist in tax computation, particularly for overseas clients.
Required Qualifications:
• M.com or CA Drop Out Intermediate. (MUST)
• Knowledge of portfolio management services. (MUST)
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial operations (preferably in PMS, AMC, custodians, banks, brokers, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of financial statements and portfolio reports.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are a plus.
