Responsibilities
• Ensure smooth and timely transportation flow for FTLs
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
• Interact with the vehicle drivers to improve the supply chain process
• Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
• Ensure all customers' standard procedures are followed and updated
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• 2+ years of experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Knowledge of transportation documentation, routes, vehicle capacity and driver management
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
