JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for efficient execution Operational functions including adherence of procedures and rules relating to Cargo handling discharge and shipment of containers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Receiving of Cargo at CFS and carting safely at our designated area.
· Any damage or discrepancies observe to be highlighted to customer service.
· Call for Container as per the requirement.
· Stuff container post clearance.
· Provide stuffing details CLP and Photographs to customer service.
· Submit CLP and form 13 to CFS for movement.
· Documents to shipping line to gate in the cargo.
· Provide all information to customer service.
· Destuff import containers
· Provide information to customer service.
· Follow-up with CFS for their Invoices.
· To work on OTM and customer’s Portal
· Email communication
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Educational Qualification(s): Graduate
Prior Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Operations department
Skills & Personal Attributes :
Good communication, industry knowledge and self -driven approach
