Roles and responsibilities -include but not limited to: Client Management, Vendor Management & Coordination with venue officials, Managing floor plans and updating the same on regular basis, Sending exhibition details to exhibitors, Receiving the details from exhibitors and updating the records, Preparing Exhibitor Manual, Preparing visa letters for international exhibitors, Analyzing, maintaining and updating the event data, Following the flow chart process of ops department, Handling exhibitor's & sales team's show related queries, Client & Vendor Management, Handling escalations, Onsite Venue Management, Press Releases & Updation of shows on various portals, Tie ups with associations & media partners, Maintaining public relations with the media agencies, Negotiating barter deals, Visitor Promotion, Pre show sales of additional require.

Qualification - Any graduate

Experience - Fresher/ Exp.

Comm skills - should be good.

Computer skils - Good in Ms Excel
