To handle documentation related to Unclaimed shares, Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), Research, documents coordination. He/she should have interest in secretarial work, stock market and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job duties:-

1. Providing assistance for the recovery of the client's unclaimed financial investments in shares/debentures/UTI/FDs/bank accounts/dividends.

2. Drafting of documents transmission forms, KYC forms as required under SEBI/IEPF Rules.

3. Drafting of letters,notices and emails to client's/companies/authorities and completing all compliances claims.

4. Coordinating with clients spread across India and across the globe for the execution of documents for necessary compliances.

5. Should be well-versed with MS-Office.
