Job Description
We are looking for a full-time e-commerce & B2B operations executive whose main responsibility would be to engage with our customers and take end-to-end care of orders on a daily basis.
What's the work?
• Order processing and management
• Engaging with our customers on daily basis
• Managing the packaging team
• Setting up and improvising the operational processes required for smooth execution
• Coordinating with internal teams about the orders and periodically updating the management
• Coordinating with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery of orders
• Ensuring full customer & client satisfaction through out the order process
Who can apply?
• Available for a full-time role
• Pursuing any degree but have relevant skills and interest
• Fluent in English
• Minimum 1 years of relevant E-commerce operations experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Start-up enthusiast
