About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations across various departments. This role is key to ensuring seamless class execution, customer satisfaction, instructor coordination, and internal process optimization.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily operations for online classes, including scheduling, attendance, and live session support.
• Monitor and manage student enrollment, class rosters, and CRM updates.
• Track operational KPIs and assist with reporting and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, tech) to ensure smooth workflows and continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and implement operational process improvements.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or admin roles (edtech/startup experience a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and communication platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp, Slack).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field preferred.
