Responsibilities
• Support in managing relationships with existing merchants.
• Creating Brand offer set up.
• Managing Alerts for Stock and Budget pertaining to Offers and Deals.
• Managing alerts and liaising with the required Stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting and coordination with the Tech team on tech-related issues.
• Data analysis to calculate ROI, projections, and waterfalls for campaigns.
• Post-campaign analysis to determine the campaign results.
• Monitor growth sustenance post-campaign.
• Preparing reports and presentations for campaign results.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and English language skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Expert in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of attention to detail and time management
