Job Title: Operations Executive – Returns
Location: Thane (W)
Department: Operations
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive – Returns to manage and streamline the product return processes for our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling returns logistics, coordination with warehouses and customers, and strong command over Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for data tracking and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily return orders and ensure timely processing and resolution.
Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouses, and customer service teams to ensure smooth return pickups and restocking.
Track return-related data and generate daily/weekly reports using Excel.
Analyze return trends and suggest process improvements to reduce return rates.
Maintain accurate records of returned goods, reasons for return, and stock adjustments.
Ensure adherence to company policies regarding return timelines, refund processes, and product conditions.
Handle escalations related to return issues and provide prompt resolutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Logistics).
1–3 years of experience in operations or returns management in an e-commerce setup.
Proficient in MS Excel – must be comfortable using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas for data analysis.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of inventory and order management systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with Excel
Ecommerce experience is a plus
