Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Female Operation Executive to join our dynamic signage and advertising company. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of coordinating across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of signage and advertising projects.
• Prepare and maintain work schedules, job sheets, and daily progress reports.
• Follow up on production and installation timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, inventory, and job status updates.
• Support the operations manager in streamlining processes and improving workflow.
• Handle client communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Minimum qualification: Graduate or Diploma holder.
