Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Executive to support production planning, inventory tracking, order execution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
• Track orders, inventory, and dispatch schedules.
• Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards.
• Maintain operational records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support day-to-day manufacturing and supply chain activities.
Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in FMCG operations.
• Beauty, cosmetics, or personal care manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting).
• Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
