At Intercity Legends, we are currently looking for an Operations Lead for the Intercity Legends team.
What will you do?
• Be responsible for design, optimization and smooth functioning of the end to end supply chain for Zomato Legends
• Supervise warehouse and logistics operations run by third party and Zomato team
• Ensure timely, quality and cost efficient deliveries
• Be responsible for coordination of all projects and service delivery operations as per the SLA
• Take new initiatives to reduce logistics costs, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience
• Be responsible for maintaining the MIS reports including expense break up for all cost heads, billing of third party partners
• Lead and mentor the on-ground team into ops leaders
We are looking for individuals with:
• MBA in Supply Chain or Operations
• An ambitious professional with about 8+ years of experience and strong customer focus mindset
• Proficient in Advanced Excel, SQL and financial data
• Curious and has a penchant for thinking the impossible
