We are a well-established Canadian facility maintenance company, providing various services to large retail and commercial businesses nationally.

This role serves as the primary liaison between United and its Partners (Subcontractors) within specified regions, playing a key part in collaboration across departments and with third-party vendors.
The successful candidate will work closely with team members to enhance Partner skillsets, performance, and experience, while ensuring Legal and Process Compliance, Partner Recruitment and Performance Management, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Partner Recruitment process and create a Resource Pool of trained Partners within regions
Ensure legal compliances of Partners by implementing United Hiring Packages
Provide support to Regional teams in managing performance management processes with Partners
Lead and manage Partner Change Over (PCO) process for seamless transition of Partners
Manage Partner Issues Escalation process in collaboration with RPM
Requirements:
Available to address customer and Partner needs in a timely manner
Willing to travel frequently within designated territory or outside province as required
Ability to handle high levels of stress and solve problems as they arise
Flexibility to work variable shifts on rotation basis
Strong business acumen, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
Ideal Candidate:
Post-secondary degree in business administration or related field
Minimum 5 years' operational experience
