Job Description: The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the modular construction production process, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and adjust the production program across the factory and yard
Develop and implement task-specific standard operating procedures for the labor teams to standardize how specific production tasks are completed
Lead and manage the Quality assurance process in the form of ITPs and ensure the entire process is completed efficiently for each project
Oversee and manage the logistics team to ensure they are effectively and efficiently completing their designated tasks
Program and plan the placement and movement of projects in the yard and factory to align with company commitments and overarching three-monthly programs
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in a Production Management position or similar role
In-depth understanding of modular construction processes
Strong grasp of Lean manufacturing principles and process optimization strategies
Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and workflow management
