Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage budgets and control operational expenditures. Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Implement performance metrics and track key operational indicators (KPIs). Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in operations management or a similar leadership role. Proven experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies. Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively. Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in relevant operational software and systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of Quebec labour laws is an asset.
