Job Description
At silverLine we are looking for someone to join our start up as we are in the process Developing a Crypto Ecosystem with many changes in place. We provide services such as strategic marketing advisory, business development and partnerships, social media management, community management, content and creative, paid media and web design and development.
Responsibilities
• Designing Core Operation processes for the organisation and helping other departments leverage best practices for their internal processes.
• Work independently in growing & managing the marketing team
• On boarding Investors and proposals.
• Support every team member with their needs and assist with client outreach
• Other duties as needed or assigned
What we Look for in you
• 2+ years of experience in an operational role in a blockchain start-up, consulting company or similar
• A jack of all trades mindset with the ability to multitask and his/her composure during stressful situations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Web 3 experience preferred or exceptional understanding of web3 marketing and communities as well as Blockchain and crypto-related products.
• High degree of English language fluency.
