Farmers for Forests (F4F) is a hybrid social enterprise based in Gadchiroli that focuses on protecting and restoring forest cover in collaboration with rural communities. F4F supports farmers in preserving existing forests, reforesting degraded lands, and transitioning to agroforestry, aiming to make biodiverse farms and forests financially sustainable through a blended finance model.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Farmers for Forests (F4F) in Gadchiroli. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, managing project timelines, coordinating with rural communities, ensuring financial sustainability, and implementing the Payments for Ecosystem Services (PES) model.

Qualifications
• Operations Management, Project Management, and Community Engagement skills
• Financial management and sustainability experience
• Knowledge of Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES) models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in forestry, agriculture, or sustainable development
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Agriculture, or related field
