Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Farmers for Forests (F4F) in Gadchiroli. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, managing project timelines, coordinating with rural communities, ensuring financial sustainability, and implementing the Payments for Ecosystem Services (PES) model.
Qualifications

• Financial management and sustainability experience
• Knowledge of Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES) models
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Agriculture, or related field
