About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Hiring teachers, trainers, employees, home tutors, IITians, interns
2. Handling the management of existing teachers and performance tracking
3. Interviewing teachers and employees
4. Managing the induction and onboarding of new teachers
5. Planning and designing decks on payable salaries of teachers as per industry standards
6. Drafting of documents (appointment/agreements/others)
7. Utilizing the strong analytical ability to evaluate & understand the requirements of teachers
8. Drafting of diaries and materials to provide teachers and parents
+. Planning and organizing annual festive meets
