We're hiring Operations Manager to ensure seamless journeys for our clients. If you have insights in the luxury space, have handled HNI clients, and have a passion for travel, apply now!

The Role:

Managing supplier/client feedback in a calm and professional manner

Oversee the operational functions to ensure seamless and efficient travel experiences for our clients.

Co-ordinate with DMCs, hotels and supplier before and during travel

Agent training/workshops

Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments

Compliance: Basic documentation related to invoicing/GST etc. to ensure compliance with industry regulations
