We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Music and Dance Institute. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Music & dance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Operations Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the institute, supporting the artistic staff, students, and parents.

Note: The Candidate from Kalkaji Or Nearby areas will preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling student admissions, inquiries and fees

- Supervising front desk staff, reception, and customer service.

- Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies

- Overseeing marketing, social media, and promotional activities

- Managing budgets, finances, and expenses

- Ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and safety protocols

- Analyzing data and reporting on operations, student progress, and business performance

Skills and Qualities:

- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills

- Ability to work with artistic staff, students, and parents

- Organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
