Our client is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all centers, both retail and corporate, within their network. This role involves close coordination with Center Managers to ensure curriculum delivery aligns with the planner, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure Smooth Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations across all retail and corporate centers, ensuring efficiency and adherence to their standards.
• Curriculum Delivery: Ensure that the curriculum is delivered as per the planner, maintaining consistency and quality across all centers.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high service standards
• Conduct Audits: Regularly audit center operations to ensure compliance with established SOPs and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and Implement SOPs: Write and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)to streamline operations and ensure consistency.
• Design and Deliver Training Programs: Create and conduct operational training programs, including writing curricula and preparing annual training calendars.
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the education service industry.
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing and Sales
Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience in Operations Management especially in the childcare or corporate services sector.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and work closely with the center teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving given tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of daycare services and knowledge of corporate clientele preferences.
