Coordinate office activities, schedule meetings, interviews, speaking engagements, and catering as requested.
Maintain and update contact lists, executive and organizational files, and records both electronic and paper.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
