Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our day to day operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of travel industry, excellent leadership and analytical skills. Will be responsible for optimizing processes, ensuring efficiency and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Experience in Tour operator / Travel Agency/ Hotel Management, Hotel Sales & Marketing would be a distinct advantage. • Good English is a MUST • Second/ Third foreign language at a good writing and speaking level is a strong advantage. • Proven track record of managing teams • Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
TASKS AND DUTIES:
• Lead and manage a team, set goals, regular performance evaluation, create a positive collaborative work environment
• Customer Service, work closely with the team to monitor and analyzed and implement processes to improve the customer satisfaction
• Communication and collaboration within the operations team and also with other departments
• Performance metrics and reporting, define and track the key performance indicators (KPIs) generate reports, use data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
• General administrative tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager.
