As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading service delivery across our NSW Schools contract, supporting a high-performing team and building strong client relationships. You’ll work closely with the Contract Manager and Client Service Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance operational delivery with continuous improvement and team development. Your work will directly contribute to safe, efficient and customer-focused environments.
As an Operations Manager in the Facilities Management team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
Leading operational performance in cleaning contracts across multiple school sites
Managing and strengthening client and stakeholder relationships
Supporting and developing Client Service Managers and teams
Driving safety, compliance and quality standards across operations
Improving efficiency through innovation and continuous improvement
Overseeing budgets, performance metrics and service outcomes
