Geet Manoram Associates LLP is one of the fastest growing start-up organizations catering to providing Integrated Facility Management Services to Co-operative Housing Societies & acting as a one stop solution through an in-house technology-based platform. We are a team of close to 500 members, based across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune and we are looking at hiring candidates for Operations Manager role.
Housekeeping Operations Manager with
Chemical and machines knowledge-
able to handle team of 150 to 200 Housekeepers
-Graduates preferred-
Good personality-
for Mumbai and Navi Mumbai area
-Good communication in English, Marathi and Hindi
-should be able to use smartphone and mailing-
Can handle 30-35 sites independently
-coordinate with client
-arranging Manpower (manpower bank)
- able to arrange good manpower whenever required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• Operations: 4 years (Preferred)
• Housekeeping operation manager: 4 years (Preferred)
