Operations & Sales Manager – AM Parking

Position Overview:
AM Parking is seeking a driven and experienced Operations & Sales Manager to support the launch and growth of our next-generation parking and mobility platform.This role is ideal for someone with direct parking industry experience who not only understands operations, but can also actively sell and scale our technology and services. The right candidate will be both operationally strong and commercially minded, helping grow our footprint across Miami and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily parking operations across multiple locations (valet, self-park, monthly, and event parking)
• Implement and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high service standards
• Manage on-site teams, staffing, and performance metrics
• Monitor revenue, reporting, and operational performance across assets
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Actively sell AM Parking services and technology to new clients (developers, hotels, restaurants, commercial properties)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, asset managers, and hospitality operators
• Pitch and position AM Parking as a modern, tech-forward solution vs. traditional operators
• Assist in structuring deals, pricing, and proposals
• Serve as a key ambassador of the AM Parking platform, demonstrating its value to clients
• Support onboarding of new properties and ensure smooth system implementation
• Work with leadership to refine and improve the platform based on real-world feedback
• Help drive adoption of digital tools, valet tech, and payment systems
Qualifications:
• 3–7+ years of experience in the parking industry (required)
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Strong understanding of parking operations (valet, garages, mixed-use environments)
• Comfortable pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a “builder” mentality
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
