Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Support the eCommerce operations team in day to day businesses in the areas of order management, shipment, payment, logistics and customer service as well as in operations
• Monitor and be the main point of contact for stakeholders in all operations and interface with other functional areas, including Logistics, documentation, Customer Experience, IT and Operations
• Resolve inquiries from customers by being the main point of contact Support optimization of processes and systems to continually improve customer experience and service level delivery
• Monitor and resolve any frictions in the order flow
• Create reporting on all relevant Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
• Create documentation and delivery of orders as needed for efficient operations
• Support management within the responsibility area by playing an active role in eCommerce operations
Desired Candidate Profile :
• 2+ years of experience in eCommerce working as Operations Executive / Associate or in a similar role
• Good understanding of eCommerce operations process
• Educational qualification - Graduation and above
• Prior work experience in an eCommerce platform
• Candidate should be internet savvy and have knowledge of office tools
• Good communication skills
