About the Role
Looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Systems Executive to help us build and manage our internal systems, operations, and people processes.
This is a high-ownership role where you will work closely with the founders to set up and streamline how the business runs day-to-day. We are specifically looking for someone who is naturally vigilant, structured, and goes deep into problem-solving, rather than taking a surface-level approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Systems & Process Setup
• Work closely with the founders to build and optimize internal systems and workflows
• Research tools and processes in depth before implementation
• Translate business needs into structured execution plans
• Coordinate with external partners (e.g., developers, vendors) when required for setup
• Test and ensure systems are working smoothly end-to-end
2. Requirement Gathering & Execution
• Identify all inputs required to execute projects (content, data, assets, etc.)
• Proactively follow up with team members to avoid bottlenecks
• Break down projects into tasks and ensure timely execution
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
3. Operations & Admin Management
• Support day-to-day business operations
• Organize and manage internal data, documents, and workflows
• Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects
• Take ownership of operational tasks and drive them to completion
4. People Operations (HR Support)
• Assist with employee onboarding and basic HR processes
• Maintain organized employee records and internal documentation
• Support team coordination, communication, and basic people management workflows
5. Process Documentation & Improvement
• Create SOPs and structured documentation for all key processes
• Continuously identify inefficiencies and improve workflows
• Bring structure and clarity to how things are done
