Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Operations at INDECOMM in Salem. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing analytical skills for process improvement, leading and developing the operations team, and maintaining effective communication across the organization.
Qualifications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and Communication skills
• Good Analytical Skills and People Management skills
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Minimum 8 years Experience in US mortgage.
• 2-3 years proven track records as TL.
• Solid knowledge of and practical exp with applicable tools including but not limited to Fannie Loan delivery, Freddie loan delivery, Govt Loan delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance or in a related field.
