We're hiring a warehouse operator or manager to help us with organising our warehouse operations for the next phase of growth. We need someone to help us organise the warehouse operations to support growing orders.
The applicant will be responsible for physical work:
Stock movements - receives and despatches
Organising and performing deliveries
Handling products safely with a forklift
Carrying and moving products
Cleaning and organising the warehouse
Packing stock for deliveries e.g. packing and strapping
Additionally, the applicant will be expected to:
Implement efficient and standardised warehouse procedures to minimise errors and increase productivity
Conduct cycle counts, audits, batch checks and reconciliations
Co-ordination with freight providers and checking in-coming stock
Use and update warehouse management software accurately
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years warehouse operational experience:
Forklift license
Physically fit
Ability to use and update computer systems and stock management
Able to communicate with good English
Work hours:
Monday - Saturday: 7:30am - 4:00pm (with 30 min lunch break)
6 days / week or 5 days / week (Monday - Friday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
