Operation/ Sales manager RESPONSIBILITIES ● Managing and taking customer orders and payments Updated and maintained databases for efficient data storage and retrieval. Align all orders coming from website , whatsapp and b2b orders ● Prepared and issued invoices for products ● Assisted the production team in product packaging if need be ● Manage inventory and ordered raw materials and bakery utilities as needed .● Maintained Excel sheets for various operational tasks. ● Generated sales reports and maintained records of sales and purchases invoices. ● Collaborated with the Chartered Accountant to provide necessary documents for further processing. ● Booked customer orders and tracked them to ensure timely delivery as perishable food items Skills needed Proficient with EXCEL , GOOGLE SHEETS , WORD LANGUAGES REQUIRED ENGLISH , HINDI AND MARATHI WOULD BE HELPFUL EDUCATION ; Graduate Location ANDHERI WEST NEAREST METRO lOWER OSHIWARA ( 5 min walk) Gender - female Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
